Nature or Service
Spiritual companionship is a supportive, reflective practice. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for professional mental health care.
Sessions provide a nonjudgemental space for deep listening and exploration of your spiritual journey.
Payment & Pricing
The full fee must be paid before the first session unless a payment plan or sliding scale has been agreed upon.
Payments may be made using our web-based credit card payment system.
Pricing is subject to change, but any price adjustments will not affect packages already purchased.
Sessions & Rescheduling
Sessions must be scheduled within three months from the purchase date.
If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may forfeit that session unless due to an emergency.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available before the first session begins, minus any processing fees.
After the first session (if you have purchased a package), refunds will be considered only in special circumstances.
If you need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive a full refund for any unused sessions.
Client Responsibility
This is a collaborative journey; your openness and engagement are key to the experience.
Spiritual companionship is about reflection and personal insight, not giving direct answers or solutions.
Agreement
By purchasing sessions or packages, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.
